The construction of social housing will take place in buildings, municipal property representing apartment building (bl. № 20) to identifier 55871.507.299.13, 6-storey apartment building (bl. № 21) to identifier 55871.507.299.14 on 6 floors. The buildings are located in the square of Teva, which falls entirely within the predominantly social area as part of IPGVR of the town of Pernik. The project will be assigned to engineering (design, supervision and construction). Social housing will be designed for people from vulnerable, minority and socially disadvantaged marginalized groups of population and other disadvantaged ones who have not their own lodgings and can not afford rental housing at market prices. The physical location of the building ensures spatial integration of marginalized groups in society, providing technical, social and educational infrastructure. With regard to this type of social infrastructure, the municipality performs its statutory assigned obligation, namely the conduct of social policy at the local level.
