Energy Efficiency of Multi-Family Residential Buildings on the Territory of Pernik - Phase 1

The Investment Program for the Implementation of the Integrated plan for urban regeneration and development of the City of Pernik includes projects for the implementation of energy efficiency measures on multifamily residential buildings (MRB). The project proposal envisages the renewal, rehabilitation, repair and implementation of energy efficiency measures of 6 MRB in the city of Pernik, namely: 1.Pernik, Struma Str. № 42, entr. A and B;2.Pernik, Tvardi Livadi №42; 3.Pernik, Petko Karavelov Str.№25, entr. A and B; 4.Pernik, Otets Paisiy str.№61, entr. A and B; 5.Pernik, Struma str.№ 28, entr. A, B and C; 6.Pernik, Petko Karavelov Str.№15, entr. A and B. The need to be satisfied through the implementation of the project is: to provide better living conditions for residents of the MRB, to improve thermal comfort, to improve the appearance of buildings and to ensure a higher quality of living environment. The target groups are the Owners' Associations in MRB whose members are the owners of the individual units in MRB in particular owners of individual units in the 6 MRB, including homeowners and business objects and persons visiting homes and business facilities. The specific objective of the project proposal is to increase energy efficiency in the housing sector in Pernik. The expected results from the implementation of the project are: - a higher level of energy efficiency of the MRB and reduction of energy costs, improving the performance characteristics for extending the life cycle of buildings; providing adequate, sustainable living criteria with an accessible living environment. The main activities that will be implemented during the project are: Organization and management of the project; Arranging and awarding public procurement; Engineering /design, copyright supervision and construction/; Engineering (design, construction work and Author's Supervision); Construction supervision and evaluation of the project; Publicity and Visualization and Project Audit.
