Renovation of the building „Palace of Culture“ - Pernik

The project envisages the implementation of energy efficiency measures, major repairs of the building of the Palace of Culture in Pernik, as well as the purchase of equipment and furniture that will achieve the norms of thermal comfort, year-round use of all premises in the building and provision in an accessible environment for the population, including people with disabilities. All measures prescribed as mandatory in the energy efficiency audit and the report on the inspection of the technical characteristics of the building will be implemented so that the energy consumption class "B" is achieved from energy class "D". Providing appropriate cost-effective infrastructure that meets the needs of its users and modern regulations will contribute to improving the conditions for access to cultural life and will support the development of the main activities carried out in the palace building by the Municipal Complex "Palace of Culture" , Pernik Art Gallery, „Boyan Danovski“- Municipal Drama Theater and „Svetoslav Minkov“ - Regional Library.
