Reconstruction, repair and implementation of energy efficiency measures to administrative buildings. (Repairing and renovation of the administrative building of the municipality of Vratsa)

There’s a project in Vratsa’s investment program that includes reconstruction, renovation and integration of energy efficiency measures of administration buildings. The project activities include renovation and repair of Vratsa Municipality’s administration building, with the main aim being modernizing the buildings and creating a pleasant working area for the municipal administration by implementing energy efficiency measures and construction works. As a result of the planned project activities, the building is expected to reach energy consumption class B. The project will improve the competitiveness of the city by improving the conditions for the submission of administrative services for the citizens, as well as for the representatives of the business. On the other hand this will increase the motivation and the work efficiency of the employees of the municipal administration and those that work on the construction works. The implementation of the project activities will bring the administration building of Vratsa Municipality and the Concert Hall (Main Hall) in accordance with the guidelines of the technical certificate and the energy analysis with adherence of the actual legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. The implementation of the project will lead to higher energy efficiency, it will directly contribute to lowering the consumption in a public building and it will improve the mobility of people with different disabilities. It will also contribute indirectly in lowering the emissions of greenhouse gases. The implementation of the project will contribute to the national benchmark in increasing the energy efficiency – achieving 25% higher energy efficiency by 2020, and for lowering the greenhouse gas emissions.
