Reconstruction, repair and implementation of energy efficiency measures in a library

The project is part of the investment projects included in the IPURD of Vratsa, as the object of intervention is located in the area of ​​public functions of high public importance.The project meets the needs identified in the town of Vratsa, related to access to a renovated and modernized building stock of cultural infrastructure, easy and equal access to cultural services by the population.The main goal corresponds to the specific goals of the procedure - to improve the conditions for access to cultural life in the Municipality.The goal will be achieved by implementing energy efficiency measures and repairs in the building of cultural infrastructure in the Municipality of Vratsa-Regional Library Vratsa, which will contribute to reducing final energy consumption and extending the service life of the building.The main target groups are: the residents of Vratsa municipality, whose cultural needs will be met by gaining access to modern cultural initiatives and a library fund; guests of the city; the children and young people of Vratsa municipality, who will use a modern library, provoking interest and pleasure from reading; disadvantaged people who will have equal access to the services offered. The project activities are related to the implementation of construction and installation work of all EE measures, which are prescribed as mandatory for the building in the EE survey, replacement of all interior doors, implementation of measures related to improving access for people with disabilities; construction supervision; author's supervision; audit; project organization and management; information and publicity.The expected results are related to providing conditions and opportunities for access to a modernized building stock - object of the cultural infrastructure, created a friendly and efficient environment, provided accessible environment for people with disabilities and meeting the needs of the population to participate in cultural life and use of library services.
