Construction of social hous for accommodation of vulnerable groups of the population in the quarter of Goznitsa, town of Lovech

The basic needs of Lovech municipality in the field of provision of social housing are related to: -Bad condition of the material base at Lovech municipality; -Low level of energy effectiveness of the social housing; -Lack of an accessible architectural environment for people with disabilities to the dwellings; -Spatial segregation of residents of social housing at the municipality. The main task of current project proposal is to meet exactly these needs of the municipality. During the preparations of the project were identified these three target groups: -Homeless people and/or those living in very bad living conditions; -Parents with children, including underage parents, large families, children in poor health and disabilities; -People at risk of poverty and social exclusion. The main objective of the current project proposal is to increase the quality of life and social inclusion of marginalized groups living in the municipality of Lovech. Other results that will achieve this project proposal are: -Improving the material and technical base of the social infrastructure in the municipality; -Stop the process of segregation of the population living in social housing in the municipality; -Improving the conditions of accessible environment for people with disabilities; -Increasing energy efficiency and achieving energy consumption class B at the building, subject of intervention; -Ensuring adequate social infrastructure for accommodating vulnerable and disadvantaged groups. Besides the activities Project Management and Information and Publicity, the project will include the following activities: -Execution of CAW of a five-story dormitory in the district Goznitsa; -Implementation of construction supervision of the object of intervention; -Implementation of the author supervision of the object of intervention; -Delivery of furniture and equipment; -Execution of independent financial audit.
