Implementation of energy efficiency measures in buildings of Police station - Lovech and premises occupied by SA Technical Operations - sector Lovech

The Investment program for implementation of IURDP of the town of Lovech included a project for the implementation of measures for energy efficiency (EE) on an administrative building located at Lovech, 7 Bulgaria Blvd. The building is a high 5-floor unit of the Police station-Lovech and a low 3-floor unit of which the 1st and 2nd floor are used by the Police station and the 3st floor by National Agency Technical Operations (DATO) sector Lovech. With the implementation of the project proposal, EE measures will be applied to public buildings located in the area of public functions of high public importance of the IURDP of the town of Lovech. The implementation of the project proposal will carry out the following activities: Applying the most effective package of energy measures prescribed in energy audits Measures to provide an accessible environment Constructive restoration of buildings, according to the prescribed mandatory measures in the technical survey Measures to restore the initial state after the intervention. By implementing the envisaged measures, a shift to a higher EE class will be achieved and will contribute to the achievement of the national targets: 25% higher EE by 2020, improving the quality of the employees' working environment, increasing the performance of the building, prolonging building's live and improving the quality of the environment. The expected results are: -Higher level of EE class C -Reducing final energy consumption and energy costs and indirectly reducing greenhouse gases -Improving the performance of buildings to extend the lifecycle of buildings -Providing a better working environment -Improving the mobility of people with disabilities. The main project activities are organization and management, measures for information and comunication, Engineering, Construction supervision with investor functions and assessment of the compliance of the invest. project, introduction of object into operation and performing an audit.
