Implementation of measures for energy efficiency of multifamily residential buildings in the town of Lovech - stage 1

The investment program for the implementation of the IURDP of the town of Lovech includes a project for the implementation of energy efficiency measures (EE) on multifamily residential buildings. With its implementation, EE measures will be applied to 7 buildings located within the building boundaries of Lovech that meet the eligibility criteria for the procedure: -MRB on 3 "GS Rakovski" Str.; -MRB on 86, Targovska Str.; -MRB on 20, 24 and 26 "GS Rakovski" Str. - 3 buildings connected with building-architectural ensemble; -MRB on 26, Gen. Skobelev Str., RB "Skobelev" and -MRB on 6 "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" Str., RB "Lyastovitsa". It is planned to be realized following activities: -Applying the most effective package of energy measures prescribed in energy audits; -Measures to provide an accessible environment; -Constructive restoration of buildings, according to the prescribed mandatory measures in the technical survey; - Measures to restore the initial state after the intervention. By implementing the envisaged measures, a shift to a higher EE class will be achieved and will contribute to the achievement of the national targets: 25% higher EE by 2020, improving the quality of life of the occupants of the buildings, increasing the performance Of buildings, prolonging their lives and improving the quality of the environment. The expected results are: - Higher level of EE in MRB’s and reducing energy costs; - Improving the performance of buildings to extend the lifecycle of buildings; - Ensuring an accessible living environment that meets the criteria of sustainable development. The main project activities are: organization and management, measures for information and publicity, Engineering (designing, approving investment projects and issuing building permits, carrying out construction works and author's supervision), carrying out construction supervision, introduction of objects into operation and performing an audit.
