Implementation of measures for energy efficiency of multifamily residential buildings in the town of Lovech - stage 2

The Investment Program for IURDP Implementation of Lovech includes projects for the execution of Energy Efficiency (EE) measures on multifamily residential buildings. With the implementation of the specific project, EE measures will be executed with respect to 5 MRB, which are located within the building borders of Lovech, meeting the eligibility criteria under the procedure: - MRB on 6, Patriarh Evtimii Str,RBC (residential building cooperative) V. Levski, - MRB on 39 and 41 Tsatcho Shishkov Str, RBC Vosstok, - MRB on 6, Gen. Skobelev Str, - MRB on 8, Gen. Skobelev Str, RBC Medikus - MRB on 42A and 50 Tsatcho Shishkov Str The necessity to be met through the implementation of the project is: providing better living conditions for residents of the MRB, improved thermal comfort and ensuring a higher quality of living environment. The target groups are owners associations in MRB, in which the owners of separate sites in the in the 5 MRB are participating, including owners of apartments and business sites, as well as other people that visit them. The specific objective of the project proposal is to increase energy efficiency in the residential sector of Lovech. The expected results from the implementation of the project are: - Higher level of EE in MRB’s and reducing energy costs - Improving the life cycle performance of buildings - Ensuring a sustainable living environment that meets the criteria of sustainable development. The main activities to be implemented during the project are: organization and management, information and publicity measures, Engineering (approving investment projects and issuing building permits, carrying out construction works and author's supervision), carrying out construction supervision, introduction of objects into operation and performing an audit.
