Reconstruction of the building of the Youth Home Lovech, for youth activities, museum activities and activities of the Municipality of Lovech

The project proposal / PP / envisages activities for complete reconstruction of a building - Youth Home Lovech, last main object of the Investment Program for implementation of IPURD. PP includes eligible measures and activities under PO1, II "Social Infrastructure", group of activities "Cultural Infrastructure" and will be implemented through a combination of financial instruments and grants. Lovech Youth Home is located in the eastern part of T. Kirkov ”in AIR“ Varosha ”and is a transition to residential. part of the neighborhood. Youth Home Lovech consists of two buildings and a courtyard, private municipal property and falls within the scope of RIA "Varosha", declared by order of the Council of Ministers a museum and tourist reserve. Renovation activities on the building include changes in the distribution of all floors, delineation of several functional areas, implementation of energy efficiency measures and providing an accessible environment. The zones are as follows: zone designated for the Regional Historical Museum - Lovech; City Fund Gallery - Lovech and the area of the municipal indoor play area. A multifunctional area for STEAM will also be built, including school groups and families, laboratory classes and art classes. The Investment Project / IP / envisages a Coffee Confectionery. The Project envisages a change of the facade solution with max. preservation of the existing stone cladding and new wooden cladding on bay windows and openings provided for closure with the idea of adaptation to the environment of RIA "Varosha". Low park lighting in the green areas will be implemented around the building. The Project includes measures aimed at improving the access of people with disabilities to the building, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance № 4 of 01.07.2009 for design, implementation and maintenance of constructions in accordance with the requirements for accessible environment for the population, including for people with disabilities.
