Project proposal “Repair And Rehabilitation Of Roads, Sidewalks, Bridges , Walkways And Playgrounds To Improve The Urban Environment Of The City Of Smolyan “, Investment Priority “City Area” aims to create an attractive city area and to improve the quality of life, social inclusion and to improve the ecological environment through rehabilitation of the physical environment in the city. The project includes construction works and rehabilitation of public recreation areas – children’s playground; rehabilitation and repair of the physical elements of the urban environment – a walkway and four overpasses and reconstruction and rehabilitation of the street network. The interventions on all sites included in the project proposal envisage the building of accessible architectural environment. The objects, included in the project proposal are: 1. Reconstruction and rehabilitation of “Sportna” Str. 2. Reconstruction and rehabilitation of “Bekliitsa” Str. 3. Reconstruction and rehabilitation of “Evridika” Str. 4. Reconstruction and rehabilitation of “Zornitsa” Str. 5. Rehabilitation and repair of overpass above “Dicho Petrov” Str. (next to the Theatre). 6. Rehabilitation and repair of overpass above “Bulgaria” Blvd. /from the hospital to LIDL/. 7. Rehabilitation and repair of overpass above “Bulgaria” Blvd. /from the municipality building to Smolyan Hotel /. 8. Rehabilitation and repair of overpass above “Arch. P. Petrov” Str. /behind the municipality building/. 9. Construction of a walkway from “Snezhanka” Str. to “Dobrudzha” Str. 10. Construction and restoration of the playground over Bus Station, Smolyan.
