Landscaping of green areas in "Orel" district, Razdrad

The project proposal "Landscaping of green areas in "Orel" district, Razdrad" is part of the Investment programme for implementation of the Integrated plan for urban renovation and development of Razgrad municipality. The project comprises of two main intervention objects to be implemented through the following activities: - Park in q. 615 of "Orel" district - landscaping, alley network, recreation spots, garden furniture, combined playground, outdoor fitness site, park lighting and skateboard site. - Quarters in "Orel" district (First phase) - 612, 613, 614, 615, 616, 617, 618, 619, 620, 621,622, 623, 624, 625, 629, 630, 631, 632,644, 645, 646, 647, 650, 651, 652, 653, 654 - construction, reconstruction and renovation of green areas, recreation spots, garden furniture, walkways and sidewalks, respective streets and parking spots for the residents, construction of energy-saving lighting, construction of playgrounds in q. 630, 629, 620, 644, 632, 653, 613, 645 and 646 and sport sites in the spaces around the buildings in q. 629. The implementation of the foreseen activities aims to improve the attractiveness of Razgrad as urban center providing adequate life quality, free access to renovated key infrastructure, as well as access to safe, sustainable and with high ecological and aesthetic environment. As a whole, the implementation will renovate and restore the outdated, depreciated and non-compliant with the modern requirements urban environment. The project will lead to improved access of disadvantaged people to certain key places from the urban environment.
