Reconstruction, facility modernization and energy efficiency measures in the educational institutions of Razgrad

The project proposal is related to renovation and modernization of 11 objects of educational infrastructure in the town of Razgrad as well as the construction of a sport hall in gymnasium . This will ensure, the necessary conditions for advanced training, through renovation and modernization, there will be implemented measures to improve energy efficiency and renew the yards of 2 nurseries, which are the only ones in town Razgrad, 7 kindergartens (from total 10 for Razgrad) and the 2-largest municipal schools. As a result of this there will be provided an access to quality educational services for children and young people attending schools - from infancy to completion of secondary education. In essence the project proposal is with municipal and local importance, as in nurseries and kindergartens and elementary school "N. Vaptsarov" attended by children from the neighboring settlements, and in Language School "Exarch Joseph " are being train students from other municipalities in the area. It builds upon and is a continuation of the activities and the projects related tothe investments in educational infrastructure completed during the previous programme period, when investments were mainly directed to improving the material - technical basis of the schools in Razgrad and the renovation of educational infrastructure outside the municipal center. The project proposal is an integral part of the implementation of targeted and focused policy for the development of education. Besides improving the material and technical base, It includes also a number of projects related to the integration of children and students with disadvantaged backgrounds with special educational needs and from different ethnic groups.
