Major overhaul and introduction of energy efficiency measures in a municipal property building and construction of a Center for children on the street

The project proposal provides for a major renovation of a municipal property building, which will be the new base for the Center for the Children on the Street.The project is part of the Investment Program of the Municipality of Razgrad and is implemented within the investment priority "Social Infrastructure", a group of activities "Social Infrastructure". The center will be located on the second floor of a building with ID №61710.504.122.2 with surface of 398 sq.m (called Block A) and second floor of a building with wit ID 61710.504.122.3 with surface of 2017 sq.m. (called Block B), which will be functionally connected keeping the entrance in Block B, and to Block A, a new entrance is foreseen through a pasarelle accessible for people with disabilities. The building is located in Orel Residential district. The Center has a capacity of 15 individuals, as spaces, zones and surroundings are foreseen with the respective equipment, necessary for the full functionning of the center and in order to create comfortable, cozy and aesthetic environment for the children. Block A will accommodate a reception room, offices and staff rooms, a personal belongings room, a sanatorium and a laundry room, a bathroom for the staff, a workshop for the interests, a games physical activities room. Block B will accommodate two activity halls, a living room (a common room for group activities), a canteen with a toilet, sanitary units and bathrooms for the children. In order to ensure the intended functional solution, it is planned to remove all internal partition walls, El. and plumbing installations. Between the two blocks, a staircase should be designed and a lift platform installed to ensure the mobility of children with disabilities. All walls will be heat-insulated and the roof will be heat and waterproof according to the energy efficiency measures
