"Integrated urban transport in the town of Kazanlak - Stage 2" project aims at creating an appropriate environment for sustainable development and urban mobility by building / upgrading non-depreciated transport infrastructure, in support of the implementation of low-carbon strategies for urban development and for upgrading the measures provided for the Integrated "Integrated urban transport in the town of Kazanlak-Stage 1" by improving the services and transport infrastructure of the city of Kazanlak.The project envisages 3 main components as the most favorable and synergistic effect of its implementation, as follows: rehabilitation and creation of an alternative mode of transport on the main boulevard in the city (Nikola Petkov Blvd.) introduction of an integrated ticketing system; upgrading of an urban transport information management system.Through measures and investments in the transport infrastructure, the project contributes to the approval of the environment, improving the quality of life in the city of Kazanlak, by creating conditions for increasing the attractiveness of public and bicycle transport as well as pedestrian access in the city of Kazanlak.
