Urban environment - renovation of public open spaces in the city of Asenovgrad

The project proposal is oriented to improvement of the Urban environment in Asenovgrad and in particular to renovation of areas between housing blocks in the west residential complex on a common area above 100 decares. The investment project stipulates for implementation of large planting activities, building of an irrigating system, playgrounds and sports grounds, recreation centers, rehabilitation of internal quarter streets and pavements, laying out of additional parking spaces, construction of energy saving street and park lightening and a system of video control in the complex. The project proposal is a part of the Investment program of Asenovgrad municipality for the realization of the Integrated plan for urban regeneration and development of Asenovgrad for the 2014-2020 period. The planned interventions are concentrated in the appointed zone with prevailing social character. Besides the construction and mounting works, in the project are set activities for authors and construction supervision, information and communication and independent audit on the project.
