"Cultural infrastructure - renovation and implementation of energy efficiency measures at the building of the community center "Rodoliubie" in the town Asenovgrad"

Renovation and increasing the energy efficiency in the Community Center “Rodolyubie” in Asenovgrad are the main goals of this project proposal. This investment project offers an overall functional and spatial solution for improving the energy efficiency and functionality of the building which in turn will lead to direct impact on improving the efficiency of the work and creative process as well as the comfort of the visitors. The main types of construction and installation work are: Replacement of the existing windows; Replacement of the plumbing installation (indoor building); including repairing of existing sanitary facilities and construction of new ones; Replacement of the electric installation, introducing energy efficient lightening, structural wiring, alarm and security installation; Replacement of the fire alarm system; Replacement of the fire safety measures; Replacement of the lightning protection and earthing installation. Replacement/renovation of the air-conditioning system; Replacement of the heating and ventilation system; Repair of the main auditorium; Replacement of the flooring; All types of construction works (dismantling, masonry, insulation, external, installation, digging; shuttering; concrete, finishing and other work); Providing access for people with disabilities; Beside construction and installation work (CIW) in this project are also included: delivery of equipment; project management; author’s supervision; construction supervision; placing in service, information and publicity, as well as Independent auditing of the project. This project proposal is a part of the Investment Programme of Asenovgrad Municipality for the realization of the Integrated plan of urban restoring and development of the town of Asenovgrad (IPURD) for 2014-2020 period. All planned interventions specified in the plan are concentrated in the impact zone of public functions with high social significance.
