Energy Efficiency of Multi-Family Residential Buildings In the Town Of Gorna Oryahovitsa

The overall objective of the project proposal is: To increase energy efficiency and reach at least C class of energy consumption in the public sector, cleaner environment and changed urban appearance. The project has the following specific objectives: 1. Residential infrastructure improvement - energy renovation of three multi-family residential buildings within the territory of the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa; 2. Three multi-family residential buildings with 62 flats of higher energy class; 3. Better living environment for 62 households; 4. Greenhouse gas emissions reduction The project objectives will be achieved through the implementation of several key activities related to: engineering, including: preparation of an investment project, energy efficiency and repairs of the administrative building as well as exercising of supervision by the designers team; preparation of an assessment of compliance report; approval of the investment project by the chief architect of the municipality and issuing a construction permit; construction supervision. Once the project is implemented, the main measurable result will be: Higher level of the energy efficiency of three multi-family residential buildings in the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa. The project proposal amount is 1 724 239.83 BGN and its duration is 30 months. The project implementation team consists of project manager, investment control expert, public procurement expert, technical assistant and accountant.
