The project proposal includes a complete reconstruction of the unusable municipal building and the adjacent yard. The main objective of the project is to create conditions for promoting social inclusion and integration of vulnerable and disadvantaged groups of Gotse Delchev municipality by providing suitable infrastructure. The specific objectives of the project are related to the construction of social housing for socially vulnerable groups and providing conditions for equal access to social services, education, employment, social inclusion and health care for disadvantaged groups of Gotse Delchev municipality residents. Measures to provide social housing for marginalized groups, including Roma, will be combined with other types of intervention, including education, health, social inclusion and employment, which in itself leads to an integrated approach. The chosen location of the residential building in which the social housing will be segregated will ensure spatial integration of the target group's representatives as a whole and eliminate their segregation, isolation or exclusion. The main activities of the project are related to the execution of construction and assembly works in the municipal building, the supply of equipment and furnishings of social housing, the implementation of construction and supervision, management activities, information and publicity and financial audit.
