Energy efficiency of multi-family residential buildings in Gotse Delchev

The project includes the implementation of energy efficiency measures for three multi-family residential buildings on the territory of Gotse Delchev. The main objective of the project is to provide better living conditions for the residents of multi-family residential buildings, thermal comfort and higher quality of living environment through the renovation of the housing infrastructure. The project proposal will contribute to the sustainable development of Gotse Delchev town and its adjacent territories by investing and providing a high level of energy efficiency in multi-family residential buildings. Modernization of residential buildings through the introduction of energy efficiency measures will lead to an improvement in the microclimate and, accordingly, living conditions, resulting in an improved quality of life. After the activities are carried out, a reduction in the emission of CO2 into the environment is expected, which in the long run will have a positive impact on the overall ecological status. As a result of the implementation of energy efficiency measures in multi-family residential buildings included in the project proposal, the energy efficiency class of multi-family residential buildings and improving the performance and life expectancy of the buildings will also be contributed.
