The project for renovation of the House of Culture, Gotse Delchev town is included in the list of main projects of the approved under Priority Axis 1 - "Sustainable and integrated urban development" of OP "Growing Regions" Investment Program for the implementation of IPURD in Gotse Delchev 2014-2020. The project proposal includes a complete external and internal renovation of the building, including the attached yard space, renovation and modernization of all systems and installations of the building. The main goal of the project is to improve the conditions for access to cultural life through modernization of the cultural infrastructure in the town of Gotse Delchev. This will be achieved through the implementation of the main activities of the project, namely: construction, reconstruction, renovation, equipment and furnishing of the building of the House of Culture; improving access for people with disabilities as part of others construction work. The investments in the cultural infrastructure of Gotse Delchev aim to increase the attractiveness of the cultural site and encourage participation in the cultural life of citizens as a factor for social cohesion and integration of those members of society who for one reason or another are vulnerable and unequal position. Reconstruction and modernization of the building will have a positive impact on regional and local development, will contribute to reducing inequalities in terms of social status, promoting better social inclusion through improving access to cultural and entertainment services and the socialization of different groups in society. The main activities of the project are related to the implementation of construction and installation works in the municipal building, according to the approved investment projects, supply of equipment and furniture, implementation of construction and author's supervision, management activities, information and publicity and financial audit.
