The project proposal includes measures fully in line with the Investment Priority 3 "Urban Environment", Priority Axis 1: "Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development" of the Guidelines for application under the procedure and provides for the construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, upgrading of open access infrastructure such as public recreation areas, urban areas, playgrounds, alleyways, sidewalks, an accessible environment for people with disabilities, recreation areas that will be publicly accessible and will not be exploited in an economical way. The focus will be on restoring green areas and creating attractive and comfortable spaces in the neighborhood of residential units. The project presents an opportunity to improve the quality of the urban environment by building new and ennoble existing elements of urban design.
