Renovation of administrative building of the Regional Police Directorate

The project is aimed at increasing energy efficiency in public building part of public administration - building of District Interior Ministry Directorate-Kyustendil by implementing energy-saving measures. The project activities will help reducing maintenance costs of equipment and costs for energy and heating of the building, from other hand will improve the comfort and energy performance of the building. The project proposal meets the Development Plan of the municipality of Kyustendil 2014-2020. and more precisely of: SG 1.Development the local economy and creating jobs through effective use of local potential and attracting investment in agriculture, tourism and services in order to reduce unemployment and increase income, Strategic Priority 2.3. Improving the institutional environment and administrative capacity to help society and businesses SG 3. Balanced spatial development by improving technical infrastructure, expanding the possibilities of territorial access, priority 3.3. Energy efficiency and reducing energy dependence, Measure 3.3.1. Development and optimization of energy infrastructure;  The building has not been renovated over the years and there are not implemented energy efficiency measures. General structural condition of the building is good, as during the 40 years of operation there were no emergencies. With this project proposal foresees the implementation of these ECM and achieve at least energy class C of the building.
