Energy efficiency in multifamily residential buildings

The project proposal is aimed at increasing energy efficiency and extending the life cycle of multifamily buildings in the town of Kyustendil. These are the units as follows: 1. Bld. 43 Street. "Gladston" № 21; 2. Bilding located on the street. "Kliment Ohridski" № 5; 3. Bld. 48 Street. "Alexander Dimitrov" № 41; 4. Bld. 121 Street. "Tsar Liberator" № 328; 5. Bld. 120 Street. "Tsar Liberator" № 326. On the basis of pre-designed reports from energy efficiency audits and technical characteristics of buildings in the project proposal are set out events through which to ensure increasing the energy performance of buildings, reducing energy costs, improving the overall appearance, creating better conditions for life and thermal comfort of the citizens of the town Kyustendil. Investments in energy efficiency measures, besides energy saving effect, will serve as an example of good practice at local level and promote the implementation of similar measures financed both from the national budget and from other sources. The measures will have an additional effect as it will ensure profitable operation of residential buildings, which will allow to sustainably continued management and maintenance.
