Energy Efficiency for Clean Air in Silistra

The project proposal is aimed at introducing energy efficiency measures in six multifamily residential buildings in the town of Silistra, determined after the submission of applications for interest and financial support by the owners' associations.The project envisages engineering(design, construction and author supervision)based on the conclusions and recommendations made in the technical inspection of the buildings as well as the measures prescribed in the energy efficiency audit.The projects will be assessed for compliance with the essential requirements for the construction works, assessment of compliance with the requirements for energy efficiency, heat conservation and energy saving of the investment project of buildings(Art.169,paragraph1,item6 of the DeviceAct on the territory and Art15 of the Energy Efficiency Act.During construction, the monitoring will be carried out by selected independent construction supervisors, representatives of the municipality and the technical person designated by the association of owners.A team of experts will be appointed to organize and manage the project and organize the timely running of the project activities and the administration of the project. Information and publicity measures will be implemented according toThe Beneficiary's Unified Handbook on Implementation of the Information and Communication Rules2014-2020.An independent financial audit will be carried out after completion of all activities.After completion of all activities an independent financial audit will be finished.The implementation of the project aims to improve the energy efficiency of buildings, reduce final energy consumption and extend their service life.
