Construction of the building for social housing in Silistra

On the basis of detailed tecnical design will be constructed residential building for social housing in the city of Silistra.The building will be furnished and equipped to accommodate people from vulnerable groups.The building has five residential levels and includes 16 apartments.It is envisaged that development and landscaping of the adjacent terrain, and improve access for persons with disabilities.During construction, ongoing monitoring will be done by selected supervision execution of works and tehnical assistance by the designer. For the organization and management of the project a team of experts will be appointed to carry out the project activities. All information and publicity measures will be implemented according to the Visual Identity Manual for the programming period 2014-2020.After completion of all activities will be carried out independent financial audit.The project proposal will provide a modern social housing for accommodating poor people and other disadvantaged groups.The implementation of the project will provide a social service - access to housing and the satisfaction of household needs of people in need.
