The project preserves the existing planning scheme and functional interconnection of the premises. It is proposed to perform the following constructional assembly activities: 1. A complete renovation of the existing theater salon will take place. 2. The repair of the existing scene involves a complete replacement of the existing flooring, cleaning of the pockets on the stage, replacement of the stage clothing. 3. The project will provide access and conditions for the stay of viewers with problems in the locomotor system. 4. Return to the function of the central lobby, providing new flooring. 5. Restore the old position of the wardrobe by removing the existing one room for the sound system. 6. The project preserves the existing frescoes in the semi-circular niches to the side walls corridors, the girders between them being formed with gypsum profiles. 7. Fully renovated foyer on the second floor. 8. Completely renovate and retrofit garments, store-suits and rehearsal. 9. The project foresees the interior wooden doors in the foyers and the hall and the balcony, as well as between the lobbies to be replaced with new ones - executed in detail from the existing samples and treated with a dark stain like the originals. 10. There is a complete replacement of the existing electrical installation, replacement of the stage lighting. All luminaires will be with energy-saving bulbs. 11. A complete replacement of the heating system and the heating units is planned. 12. The project provides for complete replacement of the plumbing and sewerage system. 13. A fire alarm system will be constructed in all premises and a fire-extinguishing system / drainage curtain / on the stage. 14. A video surveillance and notification system will be built.
