The project envisages construction of 25 social housing units, separated into two separate sections of residential buildings, located side by side. The blinds of the two sections overlap completely. The construction is foreseen in the Regulated Plot X 44238.506.9656 "For social housing" in block 186 according to the plan of the city of Lom. The terrain is located in a residential area (between neighborhoods Zornitsa and Mladost) with an accessible architectural environment, the following are located in close proximity: the sewing enterprises "Tih Trud - Lom" Ltd. and "Beltex M" AD, lyceum "September 23", Center for Special Educational Support "Peter Beron", High School of PGHZ "DI Mendeleev", High School of PGPT , CNST "Dream", Center for Early Childhood Development, Nursery, Transitional housing for children from 15-18 years. The property is bordered to 3rd primary school Father Paisius. The neighborhood has close by pharmacy, shops and available public transport. The choice of a place to build social housing is consistent with the requirement of the anti-segregation procedure for interventions - the physical location of housing should ensure spatial integration of representatives of marginalized communities as a whole and not contribute to their segregation, isolation and exclusion. The social housing site is spatially linked to urban improvement measures, with a view to achieving an integrated impact on a specific part of the city (impact area).
