Improving the Energy Efficiency of "Building of the municipal administration - renovation of the administrative infrastructure"

The project proposal is part of the investment program for the implementation of an integrated plan for urban regeneration and development of the municipality of Petrich 2014-2020. With its performance it will contribute to stimulating the economic development of the city and improving energy efficiency in public buildings. The project is aimed at implementing energy efficiency measures in the building of Municipal Administration - Petrich. The object of the intervention falls within the construction limits of the city. Petrich. Project activities will contribute directly to the reduction in final energy consumption and indirectly - to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in public buildings. Planned activities include introducing prescribed by the consultant which conducted an energy audit of buildings, energy saving measures and implement those reflected in the technical passport guidelines and recommendations in order to reach at least class energy "C" in the building. Better performance of the building within the scope of intervention will significantly reduce operating costs for the building and will contribute to the extension of its life cycle. The project is aimed at implementing the following thematic objectives in accordance with the General Regulation №1303 / 2013: Thematic Objective 4 "Supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy in all sectors". Interventions within the project proposal will contribute to achieving the indicative national targets for energy savings in 2020 under the National Action Plan on Energy Efficiency 2014-2020 activities for energy upgrade will extend the life of the building will reduce maintenance costs and help reduce greenhouse gases will stimulate people to remain living in small settlements through improved cultural and social and administrative environment.
