Improving the energy efficiency of multifamily residential buildings

The aim of the project is to introduce energy efficiency measures and to renovate multi-family residential buildings in order to achieve a direct ecological impact and sustainable development of the town of Petrich. The project covers five buildings, three of them with two entrances in the town of Petrich, ranked after the submission of applications for interest and financial support from the owners' associations, according to a procedure established by the Municipality for this purpose and the Guidelines of the MA. The project provides for engineering (design, construction and author supervision) to be carried out on the basis of the conclusions and recommendations made in the technical audit of the buildings as well as the measures prescribed in the energy efficiency audit. The projects will be assessed for compliance with the essential requirements for the construction works. They will also undergo an assessment of compliance with the requirements for energy efficiency, heat conservation and energy saving of an investment project of buildings (Article 169, paragraph 1, item 6 of the Spatial Development Act and Article 15 of the Energy Act efficiency. During the construction process, monitoring and ongoing control of the construction will be carried out by a consultant performing independent construction supervision by representatives of the municipality and by the technical person designated by the association of owners. For the purposes of organizing and managing the project, a team of experts will be appointed to organize the timely running of the project and the administration of the project. Information and publicity measures will be implemented according to the Beneficiary's Unified Handbook on the implementation of the 2014-2020 information and communication rules.
