Renovation of educational infrastructure and adjacent yard in PI 56126.602.1462: Primary school "Sun" - Petrich "

The purpose of this project proposal is to upgrade and modernize the educational infrastructure in the municipality of Petrich by refining the adjacent yard in the Slanchice kindergarten - Petrich. The object of the intervention is included in the Integrated Urban Reconstruction and Development Plan of the City of Petrich and falls within the scope of an impact zone of the type "Public Function Area of ​​High Public Importance". Energy efficiency measures under project BGPO001-1.1.09 / 2010 / 043-01 "Coziness and warmth for children through increased energy efficiency of the educational infrastructure of the municipality of Petrich" have been implemented in the existing building of the kindergarten "Sun" - Petrich " funded by OPRD 2007-2013. Achieving a complete modernization of the kindergarten requires renovation of the yard, which is the subject of this project proposal. It is envisaged that through engineering - design, supervision and execution of the construction, interventions will be carried out, which to the maximum extent meet the specific specifics and spatial characteristics of the site. Construction works will be carried out for the complete renovation of the yard. Measures are envisaged to ensure an accessible architectural environment for people with disabilities. The project will carry out construction supervision activities during construction, measures and information and communication activities to promote the project and sources of funding, as well as conducting an independent financial audit.
