Rehabilitation of the urban living environment in the town of Svishtov

The project proposal envisages actions for improving and renovating the urban environment within the area of ​​influence of prevailing social character in the town. Svishtov - Cherni Vrah Str. /zh.k. "Mladost" in the town of Svishtov and the city park "Radost". The project for Cherni Vrah Str. /zh.k. "Mladost" covers spaces with a total area of ​​53,990 square meters, tied in a single system through reconstruction of a road network with a total area of ​​28,005 square meters and divided into four subprojects. The Investment project includes: • rehabilitation of street and pavement; • provision of parking spaces; • replacing lane and pedestrian pavements; • differentiation of recreation spaces; • replacement of elements of street furniture - benches, bins, gazebos, etc .; • construction of playgrounds, combined for age groups 0-3 and 3-12 years .; • creating conditions for active recreation by building an outdoor fitness playgrounds ; • reconstruction of and establishing new green areas l; • repair and reconstruction of existing drainage system in the recreation zones; • replacement of lighting fixtures. The territory of the park "Joy" is suitable for development of various function areas related to outdoor recreation, games, sports, entertainment and social networking. The project envisages the differentiation of: • a combined playground for ages 0-3, and from 3-12, and the application is resilient flooring; • a site for outdoor fitness; • a playground table tennis with two tables; • two areas covered arbors; • installation of a sundial in the round green area in order to restrict the passage through this green zone;  • establishment of recreation and recreation community. The project also includes the following other activities: supervision of the construction works, information and publicity of the project, audit of the project and project management.
