Renovation of public infrastructure buildings of the municipality of Svishtov

The project proposal provides operations update and implementation of energy efficiency measures three of administrative buildings in the town of Svishtov - the building of the Municipal administration, the building of the "Financial" department and the building of the Culture unit. The total building area is 1279 square meters and a total area of 4052.14 square meters In administrative building of the Municipality of Svishtov, the building of the finance department and the building of the Culture unit provides for the following repairs: - Thermal insulation of walls; - Replacement of the windows; - Insulation of the roof; - Replacement of the heating systems; - Introduction of automatic control; - Heating - increasing the efficiency of the boiler with the construction of pellet boiler; - Replacement of lighting. The implementation of the envisaged measures will reduce the used of the buildings energy by over 60%. After the project the energy consumption of buildings will be reduced by more than 509 000 KWh, savings of greenhouse gas emissions will be more than 352 tons. Per year. The measures will allow the municipal administration to realize annual savings of 40 000 BGN by reducing electricity consumption in buildings alone. The project also includes the following other activities: implementation of copyright and construction supervision of sites, information and publicity of the project audit of the project and project management.
