Renewal and implementation of the measures for energy efficiency in multifamily residential buildings of the territory of the town of Svishtov.

The project proposal provides activities for renewal and implementation of energy efficiency measures in the following multifamily residential buildings in the town of Svishtov: 1. The total built-up area of ​​the buildings is 4 641,74 square meters and the total area is 27 646.12 sq. m. The measures envisage implementation of the following works and activities: - constructive recovery / reinforcement / overhaul operations, prescribed as mandatory for the building in the technical inspection; - implementing energy efficiency measures that are prescribed as mandatory for the building in the energy efficiency audit; - renovation of common parts of multi-family residential buildings; - additional construction and installation works related to the implementation of the energy efficiency measures and the corresponding restoration of the common parts of the building as a result of the implemented measures with energy-saving effect.
