New vision of the central part and the recreation areas, repairs and reconstruction of the road network in the town of Velingrad

The purpose of this project proposal is to provide sustainable and ecological urban environment, which, in turn ensures improved quality of life and creates new opportunities for economic and social development through renovation and rehabilitation of the physical environment in the town of Velingrad. The activities planned for realization within the project are: Activity 1: Organization and project management Action 2: Construction and reconstruction works to increase the attractiveness of the urban environment Activity 3: Copyright control and construction supervision Action 4: Information and communication campaign Activity 5: Independent financial audit and project completion The project proposal covers key objects within the “urban environment” investment priority, which is part of the approved by the Managing Authority of OPRD investment program for implementation of an integrated plan for urban reconstruction and development of the town of Velingrad. The realization of the project envisages various combinations of activities, including rehabilitation, reconstruction, construction and renovation of the following objects: Central Square from the "Yundolska" Street to the State Forestry "Alabak" from os.t . 239A-244-233-9; from "Sv. Sv. Kiril I Methodi" Street os. t. 244-236A-38 and the central fountains to the old building of the municipality adimistration, warehouses at the Central Cooperative Market, "Georgi Kirkov” Street, “Milevi Skali" Street and “Hristo Smirnenski" Street.
