Implementation of energy efficiency measures in the buildings of Municipal Administration – Velingrad

The project proposal envisages the implementation of energy efficiency measures in the buildings of Municipal Administration - Velingrad and includes: Administrative building owned by the municipality of Velingrad /the new building/, address: Velingrad, 35 "Han Asparuh" Blvd. and administrative building owned by the municipality of Velingrad /the old building/, address: Velingrad, 54 "Han Asparuh" Blvd. It is envisaged that the realization of the project shall encompass the preparation of a complete investment project as well as the execution of construction and reconstruction works in the buildings, including: ● implementation of all energy efficiency measures that are prescribed as mandatory by the energy audit and which would ensure that at least “C” class of energy consumption is achieved; ● implementation of measures for constructive restoration/ enhancement prescribed mandatory by the energy audit; ● implementation of other mandatory measures as prescribed by the technical audit; ● implementation of measures to improve access for people with disabilities. The project proposal also includes a set of activities for compliance assessment of the investment projects with essential requirements for construction and construction supervision during the construction process, an information campaign to promote the project and the sources of financing, as well as an independent financial audit.
