Repair, reconstruction and renovation of a kindergarten in city of Velingrad

This project proposal is aimed at improving the quality of the educational services offered in the Semi-Kindergarten at the “St. Cyril and St. Methodius”school through the extension and renewal of the material facilities of the educational establishment. It is envisaged encreasing the capacity of the educational institution from 26 to 78 children by executing construction works for reconstruction of the kindergarten consisting of extension and / or upgrading of the existing building with additional two more floors. The courtyard of the school will be renovated. An accessible architectural environment for people with disabilities will also be built. During the realization of the project various activities in engineering - design, creator’s control and construction work will take place. All necessary equipment and furnishing for the reconstructed and renovated material base will be bought, supplied and mounted. The following activities will be implemented within the project:preparation of the assessment of compliance of the investment projects with the essential requirements for the construction works and construction supervision during construction, information communication campaign for popularization of the project and the sources of financing as well as the performance of an independent financial audit.
