Implementation of energy efficiency measures in multifamily residential buildings in the town of Velingrad

The project proposal envisages the implementation of energy efficiency measures in 9 / nine / multifamily residential buildings on the territory of Velingrad and includes: 1. Multi-family residential building with address: Velingrad, 1, Rodopi Str 2. Multifamily residential building with address: 82 Pionerska Street, Velingrad 3. Multifamily residential building with address: 48 Pionerska Street, Velingrad 4. Multi-family residential building with address: Velingrad, 2, Khan Asparuh Blvd. 5. Multi-family residential building with address: 22, Krivolak Str., Velingrad 6. Multi-family residential building with address: 6A Patriarh Evtimii Str., Velingrad 7. Multifamily residential building with address: Velingrad, 1, Vlado Chernozemski Str. 8. Multifamily residential building with address: Velingrad, 2, Vlado Chernozemski Str. 9. Multi-family residential building with address: Velingrad, 3, Vlado Chernozemski Str. In the process of realization of the project activities, it is envisaged through engineering to prepare complete investment projects for all buildings on the basis of which construction works will be carried out, including: - Implementing all energy-saving measures that are prescribed as mandatory for buildings in the energy efficiency audit and which lead to the least energy consumption class "C"; - Implementation of constructive recovery / reinforcement measures if prescribed as mandatory in the technical building survey - implementation of measures related to improving the access of disabled people. The project proposal also includes activities for the preparation of the assessment of the compliance of the investment projects with the essential requirements for the construction works and the exercising of construction supervision during construction, an information communication campaign for project promotion and sources of financing as well as an independent financial audit.
