Construction of new social housing in the town of Velingrad

This project proposal aims to create an appropriate social infrastructure for accommodating vulnerable and disadvantaged population groups through the construction of new social housing in the municipality of Velingrad. In the process of realization of the project activities is envisaged the construction by new construction of a residential building with a total of 90 social housing. It is envisaged that the newly-built premises will be separated as separate residential units with residential use type of apartments / one-room, two-room, three-rooms and for disabled persons/. The construction will be carried out in a property of public municipal property falling within the area of ​​predominantly social character of the Integrated Urban Recovery and Development Plan of Velingrad. In the process of realization of the project will be carried out activities in engineering - designing, authors supervision and execution of the construction. The equipment and furnishing needed for the new social housing will be purchased, delivered and installed. Within the framework of the project, an assessment will be made of the compliance of the investment projects with the essential requirements for the construction works and exercising construction supervision during construction, an information communication campaign to promote the project and the sources of financing, as well as an independent financial audit.
