Improving the quality of the educational environment in the municipal schools and kindergartens in the town of Karlovo and affiliates

The project proposal envisages the modernization of four schools and six kindergartens in the Karlovo Municipality. Will be upgraded following sites: High School "Vasil Levski", "Sv. Sv. Cyril and Methodius" primary school, "Hristo Prodanov" High school, "Raino Popovich" Primary school, Kindergarten "Parvi Iuni", kindergarten "Gina Kuncheva", kindergarten "Vasil Levski", kindergarten"Slance", Kindergarten" Zornitsa" and kindergarten "Ana Kozinarova" in the village of Rosino. The main activities of the project are related to the construction or reconstruction of sports grounds and playgrounds in the yards of educational institutions. In the High school "Vasil Levski" the main building will be reconstructed, the existing gymnasium will be expanded by restructuring the existing premises in support rooms and building new premises that allow for practicing many different sports. The swimming pool at the primary school "Hristo Prodanov" will be restored and energy efficiency measures of the building in which it is situated will be put in places. An expansion of the kindergarten "Ana Kozinarova" in the village of Rosino will allow two new children's groups to be created to cover all the children in the settlement. The project includes activities for construction supervision, activities to promote the OPRG contribution to its implementation and independent financial audit of the implementation. After its implementation, the project will create better education conditions for 3922 children in Karlovo municipality, of which 644 representatives of marginalized groups.
