Centre for working with children on the streen

This project proposal envisages the construction of "Center for Street Children" in Karlovo Municipality. The Centre for work with street children e complex of social services related to the prevention of the entry of street children and school dropout, social rehabilitation and integration of children living permanently or partially in the street, through individual work with the child and his family family counseling and support, medical and sanitary services, educating children, training in parenting skills. For this purpose, with the financial support of the OPRD will be built and equipped building to be accommodated and function center. Karlovo Municipality will provide the subsequent operation of the center and the provision of quality services. The project envisages construction supervision, activities to promote the OPRD contribution to its implementation and independent financial audit of the implementation. After the implementation of the project the risk of social exclusion of children in the municipality will be reduced.
