Rehabilitation of the "The 20th July" Square

The overall objective of the project proposal is to improve the physical and living environment of the Karlovo city center as a prerequisite for achieving an integrated, sustainable and environmentally friendly urban environment with new opportunities for economic and social development, including disadvantaged groups and ethnic minorities. The main activities will include: 1) Organization and management of the project. 2) Organizing and conducting procedures for selection of contractors for the project activities. 3) Execution of engineering - design, construction and supervision during the construction of rehabilitation works on "The 20 of July" Square. 4) Consultancy activities related to the assessment of the conformity of investment projects and the implementation of construction supervision. 5) Information and publicity activities. 6) Project audit.
