„Repair and implementation of energy efficiency measures and accessible environment in the building of the Municipality of Panagyurishte“

The project proposal is part of the investment program for the implementation of an integrated plan for urban regeneration and development of the municipality of Panagyurishte 2014-2020. With its performance it will contribute to stimulating the economic development of the city and improving energy efficiency in public buildings. The project activities include renovation and repair of Panagyurishte Municipality’s administration building, with the main aim being modernizing the buildings and creating a pleasant working area for the municipal administration by implementing energy efficiency measures and construction works. The project will improve the competitiveness of the city by improving the conditions for the submission of administrative services for the citizens. On the other hand this will increase the motivation and the work efficiency of the employees of the municipal administration. The implementation of the project activities will bring the administration building of Panagyurishte in accordance with the guidelines of the technical certificate and the energy analysis with adherence of the actual legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. The implementation of the project will lead to higher energy efficiency, it will directly contribute to lowering the consumption in a public building and it will improve the mobility of people with different disabilities. It will also contribute indirectly in lowering the emissions of greenhouse gases. This way planned measures contribute to the implementation and objectives of this scheme grants.
