The project proposal is aimed at increasing energy efficiency and extending the life cycle of multi-family residential buildings in the town of Panagyurishte. The project envisages renovation and implementation of energy efficiency measures in multi-family residential buildings in the territory of Panagyurishte and covers: 1. Multi-family residential buildings with identifiers 55302.501.4600.1, 55302.501.4600.2 and 55302.501.4600.3 - 96, Georgi Benkovski Str., Bl.6, Delcho Spasov Str. 2. Multi-family residential buildings with identifiers - 55302.501.4328.1 and 55302.501.4329.1, 18, Olga Bradestilova Str. On the basis of previously developed technical passport, architectural surveying and technical and energy efficiency audits and certificates of buildings it is envisaged that investment projects will be prepared on the basis of which construction works will be carried out. The project proposal envisages activities to ensure the improvement of the energy performance of the buildings, reduction of energy costs, improvement of the overall appearance, creation of better living conditions and thermal comfort of the citizens of Panagyurishte. Investments in energy efficiency measures, in addition to the energy-saving effect, will indirectly contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gases.
