The current project proposal envisages implementation of measures for increased energy efficiency of the Municipal Administration building, Peshtera town, 17 "Doiranska Epopeia" Str. The building is a public municipal property with built-up area- 717,97 m2 and total built-up area- 2918 m2, volume-13 077 m3, fourth category letter "b" under Law on Territorial Development (LTD) and Ordinance №1 / 30.07.2003. Based on the conclusions of the technical passport, the current building’s status does not meet the requirements of Art. 169 of the LTD in terms of energy efficiency, safe operation, noise and environmental protection. In comparison to the other municipal buildings, the a.m. sites reveal extremely high level of necessity for renovation and energy savings potential. On this basis, the project proposal encompasses the implementation of the measures mentioned in the Technical Passport, which will lead to class "C" energy consumption a in compliance with the goals of the current procedure
