Improved energy efficiency of residential buildings in the town of Peshtera - LOT 1

The current project proposal envisages implementation of measures for increased energy efficiency of the following residential building: 1.Peshtera,Zlatnoto Kormilo, 1 ,Tsar Simeon str.entr.A and B 2.Peshtera, Rodopi, 6 ,Tsar Boris I,entr.A and B 3.Peshtera,Nadejda, 2A ,Peter Stajkov str. 2A and 10, Nikola Durov str. 4.Peshtera,Stroitel, Mihail Takev str.Bl.3 5.Peshtera,Bor, 1, Mihail Takev str. 6.Peshtera,Kupena, 37, Mihail Takev str. Based on conclusions of the technical passport, the buildings’ current status do not meet the requirements of Art. 169 of the LTD in terms of energy efficiency, safe operation, noise protection and environmental protection. Compared to the other residential buildings, the a.m. sites reveal high level of project preparation, necessity for renovation and energy savings potential. The project proposal encompasses the implementation of the measures mentioned in the buildings’ Technical Passports. The implementation of the a.m. measures will lead to the achievement of class „B and C“ energy consumption, in compliance with the goals of the current procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001.
