The project proposal for gratuitous financial aid under the procedure for direct gratuitous funding BG16RFOP001-2.001 „Energy efficiency in peripheral areas”, Priority Axis 2 „Support for Energy Efficiency in support centers in peripheral areas“ of Operational Programme „Regions in growth“ 2014-2020 aims at improving the energy efficiency of a Municipal Cultural Infrastructure building, located in town of Troyan, Vazrazhdane Sq., by implementation of energy saving measures – insulation of external walls and roof, woodwork replacement, modernization of HVAC systems and lighting replacement. Through the implementation of the given energy efficiency instructions, the building will meet the energy efficiency requirements, heat preservation and energy economy for buildings in compliance with Ordinance № 7 from 2004, valid as of 14.04.2015 and will achieve class ‘B’ for energy consumption.
