Energy efficiency improvement of Municipal Administrative buildings, located in town of Troyan, 55th G.S. Rakovski Str. and 42nd Lyuben Karavelov Str.

The project proposal for gratuitous financial aid under the procedure for direct gratuitous funding BG16RFOP001-2.001 „Energy efficiency in peripheral areas”, Priority Axis 2 „Support for Energy Efficiency in support centers in peripheral areas“ of Operational Programme „Regions in growth“ 2014-2020 aims at improving the energy efficiency of the Municipal Administrative buildings, located in town of Troyan, 55th G.S. Rakovski Str. (building 1) and 42nd Lyuben Karavelov Str. (building 2), by implementation of energy saving measures as follows: For Building 1 – heat insulation of external walls and roof, woodwork replacement, boiler –room installation replacement, as well as measures on building’s installation; For Building 2 - heat insulation of external walls, woodwork replacement, heat insulation of roof and floor as well as heating installation replacement. Through the implementation of the given energy efficiency measures, the buildings will meet the energy efficiency requirements, heat preservation and energy economy for buildings in compliance with Ordinance № 7 from 2004, valid as of 14.04.2015 and will achieve class ‘B’ for energy consumption.
