Reconstruction , modernization and introduction of energy efficiency measures in " Complex for Culture and Art" in Cherven Bryag city, "Turgovska" str.

The project proposal envisages the introduction of energy efficiency measures in cultural buildings in the town of Cherven Bryag. The planned activities include the introduction energy-saving measures, part of the energy audit of the buildings, and implementation of measures reflected in the technical guidelines and recommendations. Intervention will contribute to creating favorable conditions for the establishment and development of public cultural activities in the town of Cherven Bryag. Better functional performance of buildings within the intervention will increase the quality of public services and significantly reduce operating costs for buildings. The project is aimed at implementing the following thematic objective in accordance with the General Regulation №1303 / 2013: Thematic Objective 4 "Supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy in all sectors" and thematic objective. Interventions within the project proposal will contribute to achieving the indicative national targets for energy saving h in 2020 under the National Action Plan on Energy Efficiency 2014-2020 By supporting this aims the project would adequately address the problems associated with the increased migration to large and medium cities, better quality of life and the supply of cultural services and modernization of public infrastructure in the town of Cherven Bryag, and stimulation of urban-rural links. Due to the ongoing negative demographic trend of population reduction, the project includes measures that will contribute to improving the living conditions in the town of Cherven Bryag, and contribute to increasing the overall attractiveness. Activities for energy refurbishment will extend the life of building, public municipal property, reduce maintenance costs and encourage people to remain living in small settlements by improving the cultural and social environment
