Reconstruction , modernization and introduction of energy efficiency measures in the building of Regional Service "Fire Safety and Population Protection" - Cherven Bryag

The project proposal envisages the introduction of energy efficiency measures in the building of Regional Service "Fire Safety and Population Protection" - Cherven Bryag.The planned activities include the introduction energy-saving measures, part of the energy audit of the buildings, and implementation of measures reflected in the technical guidelines and recommendations. Intervention will contribute to the improvement of the functional characteristics of the focused building and will significantly reduce its operating costs. The project is aimed at implementing the following thematic objective in accordance with the General Regulation №1303 / 2013: Thematic Objective 4 "Supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy in all sectors" and thematic objective. Interventions within the project proposal will contribute to achieving the indicative national targets for energy saving in 2020 under the National Action Plan on Energy Efficiency 2014-2020. By supporting these aims the project would adequately address the the basic problem for this candidate, namely the relatively low level of energy efficiency in the building of the Regional service "Fire safety and population protection" - Cherven Bryag. The project implementation will contribute directly to the preservation of public functions and to the assurance of cost-effective and sustainable exploitation of the public building and will contribute to its more effective management. The main target groups who will be affected directly and indirectly by its implementation are employees working in the building of the Regional Service "Fire Safety and Population Protection" - Cherven Bryag and the population of the municipality. Activities for energy refurbishment at the same time will extend the life of the building, improve working conditions and reduce maintenance costs.
